Not only do they speak fluent English, but their attentiveness and professionalism were exceptional, especially during these challenging times. the modern rooms exuded comfort and style, with consistent hot water ensuring a luxurious experience. the quick access to a bomb shelter in the basement for safety was a unique and reassuring feature that showcased the hotel's commitment to guest well-being. the central location near popular establishments like FutureNet Cafe&bar and Assembly allowed for convenient exploration of Old Kiev, adding to the overall exceptional stay at this boutique gem. Overall, Design surpassed all my expectations and left me feeling genuinely impressed and secure throughout my time there.
